3D Artist (m/f/d)

What, where & when

  • full-time, initially temporary employment until February 2021, permanent employment planned

Here’s where you come into play

You will collaborate with our Art Director to create the graphic style of our new project from a 3D point of view and work on the production of various assets such as models, rigs, and animations. With atmospheric lighting and great attention to detail you will bring our game to life. Lastly, you’ll assist with smooth and frictionless integration of the assets into the engine.

Since we are a small team, we place great value on your contribution to all aspects of our games.

To be considered for this position, you should

  • have a game art, media design, or graphics design university degree, or comparable education,
  • have excellent knowledge in 3D applications, preferably Blender,
  • have excellent knowledge in Adobe Photoshop,
  • have the ability to model high and low poly meshes, create textures, rig and animate,
  • have an eye for harmonious image compositions and are able to create atmospheric lighting for a scene,
  • have the ability to adapt to different graphic styles,
  • have experience with a game engine like Unity (preferred) or Unreal,
  • already have professional experience and have worked on at least one published game,
  • be self-organized, team-oriented and highly reliable,
  • appreciate the varied work in a small team and have a quick perception and a high level of initiative, and
  • have good German language skills, both in writing and spoken.

You’re an even better fit if you also

  • have a talent for drawing and are not afraid to help in 2D or concept art.

Producer (m/f/d)

What, where & when

  • full-time, initially temporary employment until February 2021, permanent employment planned
  • in Hamburg, Germany
  • earliest start in April 2020

Here’s where you come into play

You will be in charge of the planning, coordination, budgeting and implementation of our new and unannounced game project. You will organize and lead the team, moderate meetings, document the development progress and communicate it to our partners. Furthermore, you’ll take part in trade fairs and events, present the game and actively seek new cooperation opportunities.

Since we are a small team, we place great value on your contribution to all aspects of our games.

To be considered for this position, you should

  • have at least three years of working experience in the games industry and worked on at least one commercial game in a leading project management, producing or similar position,
  • know all aspects of game development in-depth and have a good overview of the individual fields,
  • have strong communication skills to work closely with and proactively approach team members and external partners,
  • have a feel for how to improve work processes and identify problems and bottlenecks before they occur,
  • know your way around project management methods and software,
  • be self-organized, team-oriented and highly reliable,
  • have excellent written and spoken English language skills, and
  • be able to participate in events in Germany and internationally.

You’re an even better fit if you also

  • have relevant experience in at least one other field (e.g. writing, level design, marketing/PR, programming, art, sound), and
  • have very good German language skills, both in writing and spoken.
